Opis stanowiska pracy

Main tasks:

•Monitoring large IBM Mainframe workloads as per documented procedures.  
•Monitoring Mid Range systems as per documented procedures.
•Addressing job failures using recovery documentation and by invoking callout to both Capgemini and client support teams.
•Reacting to alerts raised by Unicenter.
•Ensuring deadlines for SLA’s are met.
•Utilisation of the Ears change and problem management systems.
•Fully understand all Operational documentation.
•Act as liaison point for all clients OOH’s
•Cross train onto other technologies if required.
•Produce daily reports which are distributed internally and to clients.


Working Pattern: Shift worker covering 24*7*365

Wymagania

Requirements:

Essential

• Good communications skills
• Good Knowledge / understanding of MVS, JES2, JCL, CA7, Control M, OPC
• Good Team player
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work to deadlines
• Flexibility

Desirable

• Unicenter knowledge
• Familiarity with Ears Change and Problem Management systems.
• Knowledge of Midrange systems

FOREIGN LANGUAGES:

• English – fluent
